Creditbank Online Banking 2.2.0

The updated Creditbank Mobile App reflects significant enhancements in user experience and security. Notably, the introduction of features such as money transfers to other Creditbank clients and the capability to schedule deferred and recurring payments within a secure environment elevates its functionality. The incorporation of a One-Time Password (OTP) for both the login process and transaction confirmations adds an extra layer of security. Clients have the flexibility to receive OTPs via SMS notifications or generate them directly through the app.

The Creditbank App, available for free, offers convenient access to a variety of services, some of which do not require user login:

• Apply Online: First-time users can sign up for mobile banking by completing an online form, which will submit a request to their chosen branch.
• Branches & ATMs: Users can locate the nearest Creditbank branch or ATM, along with contact information and directions via Google Maps.
• OTP Generator: The app allows users to scan a QR code for initial logins and money transfers using their mobile camera. Notably, OTPs generated through the app do not require internet access or consume mobile data, with new codes generated every 30 seconds.
• Pay with CMO: For those new to the platform, downloading the CMO App enables direct payments to participating merchants, cardless withdrawals from CSC network ATMs using one-time codes, money transfers to other CMO users, and international transfers through MoneyGram.
• Call Us: A dedicated 24/7 customer service hotline provides assistance whenever needed.
• View our Demo: Interactive screens showcase functionalities for My Profile, Accounts, Transfers, and Requests.

In order to access account-specific features, clients must log in:

• Login Process: Users are required to input their Username, Password, Customer ID, and OTP. The app validates OTPs automatically, while those received via SMS must be entered manually.
• My Profile: This section allows users to edit personal information, change passwords, and utilize a secure messaging service with Creditbank.
• Accounts: Clients can view inquiries for all accounts, track checks under clearing inquiries, and consult details of previous transactions.
• Transfers: Immediate money transfers can be executed within accounts or to other Creditbank clients, with options for scheduling delayed or recurring payments.
• Requests: Users have the ability to request official stamped account statements and checkbooks.
